A charming house, isolated from the other gites, with a breathtaking view of the Montagne Noire and all modern comforts.
Ground floor gite
- 100m2
- Sleeps 4 to 6 persons
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x200), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), 1 living room (2 benches 120x200), 1 fitted kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet.
The kitchen
- The kitchens are all equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker, dolce gusto coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.
- We have sugar, coffee, filters and Dolce Gusto capsules available.
The bedrooms
- We look forward to welcoming you between 3pm and 7pm on the day of your arrival.
- Beds will be made for your arrival. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in each gite.
The exterior
- Each gite is equipped with tables, garden chairs and parasol.
- A swimming pool (5x12 metres, 1.5m deep) is available for gite guests.
The pool is secured (barrier closed by latch + padlock, and rigid immersed cover able to support 80kg). It is open every day from 10am to 7pm. However, for safety reasons, minors are not allowed in the pool without an adult present.
Further information
- A deposit of 300€ will be required at the beginning of your stay. The cheque will not be cashed, and will be returned to you no later than 7 days after your departure if there is no dispute.
- For stays of more than 3 days, we offer cleaning of the gite (sanitary facilities, bedrooms, kitchen and living room) every 2 days, for your comfort (included in the rental price).
